“Where can I find the password for the member’s area?”

This can be found on your welcome email, or by logging into LoveAdmin. On the desktop site, on your Personal Details page there is a drop-down menu. Select ‘Subscription Paid’ and the password should be visible at the top. On the mobile app / page, select Personal Details, long press on your name and select Subscription Paid. The password should be visible underneath your membership number.

The password is changed periodically; when a change occurs, the new password will be distributed to all current members via the details provided on LoveAdmin, and will be available on the LoveAdmin site as discussed above.

“How do I get British Mountaineering Council / Mountaineering Scotland Membership Number?”

To get your BMC or MS number, contact the membership secretary at the email address linked above.

What level of insurance do I have as a club member?”

You have affiliate club membership of either the BMC or MS, which means you have their Third-party liability insurance. This is required to attend club meets. More information can be found on the respective BMC / MS websites. This insurance is not travel insurance, and all members are recommended to discuss their own insurance needs with an appropriate insurance advisor / broker. For awareness, both BMC and MS insurance packages are brokered by Howdens.

“After I’ve joined, when will I be registered with the BMC / MS?”

Once you have been accepted into the RNRMMC, you will be registered with either BMC or MS depending on what you stated on your application form. BMC give a three month ‘grace period’ between joining and being required to be registered where you are covered by their insurance. We will register you within this three month period. MS offer a four-meet grace period; We will complete the registration within three months, and make the assumption that you will not attend more than four meets within your first three months in the club. If you have stated you wish to register with MS and you think you may attend more than four meets in your first three months in the club, please contact the membership secretary.

“I have forgotten my LoveAdmin password. How do I reset it?”

On the LoveAdmin Login page, click the ‘Forgot Password?’ link and follow the instructions there. If you don’t know your registered email address or if it has changed, please contact the membership secretary.

“How do I access the club discounts on clothing / equipment?”

The discounts are listed in links within the membership area. At this time, discounts listed are specific to members of the RNRMMC only – membership is necessary in order to be eligible for these discount codes. There are other discounts available with many supplies for military personnel who are not members of the club, but these are not managed by ourselves and are not listed.

“How do I leave the club?”
